Only the author could tell you what work was done to the image in post processing, though I can confirm from the Exif data it was edited using Photoshop CS5
Other exif info includes:
Lens = "EF50mm f/1.4 USM"
Camera Model = Canon EOS 40D
ISO = 100
Aperture = f1.4
Shutter speed = 1/640 second
It would appear the image was taken into the sun, so probably backlit with reflectors to illuminate her back.
Have to agree, the image is very pleasing on the eye.
