That user, CyberLink has been reported for spamming since 2011-02-13 just type it in here,

If the team took my advice and installed one of the stop forum spam mods listed here,
http://www.stopforumspam.com/contributions a lot of this could be avoided. They would be checked out at registration, and blocked.
