I know there's been cases of multiple posting when a user has a very slow internet connection, and certain server problems have also caused similar problems in times of high traffic.
Maybe this will go away when they decide to upgrade to the new version 4.0 of vbulletin, this one's a few versions behind I think 3.8.1. This is bad in itself (security etc). That said, the latest version has suffered with a double post problem, which I believe they are trying to fix ATM. It's supposed to be the most powerful forum software in the world, but personally I hate it.
Also noticed the vbulletin copyright is missing from the bottom of the pages, hope they bought a unbranded version, or they will be running the site in breach of copyright.
