Exclamation Espon R1800 producing dark prints help

I have an epson R1800 I posted earlier about this problem but I thought id solved the problem but unfortunately not.

Im using photoshop cs5 and every print I try printing I ends up alot darker than what on the screen,Ive tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling, tried printer managing colours as well as photoshop managing colours,Tried adjusting my screen,I prevoiusly had an epson stylus colour 3000 and the prints were phenominal in colour matches and produced natural skin tones ect.I decided that the old colur 3000 needed changed as it was a big lump and noisy. Now Ive bought this and Im wasting lots of paper and lots of ink trying to solve this problem.

Does anyone have one of these printers and experienced the same problem ? Its getting to the point im thinking off selling as Im at the end of my tether with it. I dont have any calibration software to calibrate the screen but im not really wanting to spend hundreds of pounds to find it may not be the problem.Im using a laptop using a gloss finish lcd screen.

If anyone can give me advice or even some settings to ty if they have the same printer it would be a major godsend!! Please help.!!
