If you're going to hold the FP shutter open and take shots quickly then why not take a whole range of exposures. The sensors are capable of continual recording which is used in video capture. Nikons current speed is 24 fps. You could take a -5 to +5 range of shots at 24 fps. Thats how to do it.

Sorry, you misunderstood me. It's not that I don't think there will be higher ISO sensors, it's that they won't be CCD based but CMOS or LMOS or a new architecture.
