They are totally professional, give a great service, will work with you to produce exhibition prints if you want to go to that level of involvement, or you can get some outstanding digital prints (produced via an optical process and not ink printing). I would never go anywhere els for my printing, either professionally or personally.

Edit: because they do not use ink, b/w prints look amazingly like silver halide prints. I have five b/w prints from them, mounted, framed and hung in my lounge. When a mate of mine saw the quality, he sold his Leica R9 film camera and went digital. The printing is superb.
