Thanks, thats helpful. Am I correct in thinking then that the shots taken at a free concert would still need authority even though it was free, because it was on private land, but shots taken at the airshow would be OK because they were taken from the beach, ie public land.
So would this rule also apply to shots taken inside public buildings?? Is that public land or private?
