As an Elements user,and not normally a great fan of things American, I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed the last years membership of
www.elementsvillage.com .I can't remember the last time I saw any post with the terseness and downright rudeness I used to see on the Adobe Elements forum. I remember a fair number of posts on DCMag where things were getting out of hand and that does not seem anywhere like as bad with PhotoRadar, however..... I do feel something is lacking with this forum. Trouble is I cannot put my finger on it. Are there too many categories and the usefulness of posts gets diluted? Do we miss the tension created by rude and/or grumpy old gits? Have we just lost some of the "characters" that we got to know so well? Are they still with us but just frustrated? For sure there are still heaps of peeps willing to answer questions and give advice but it seems to take longer and there just don't seem to be as many. Or is it just me getting past 50? (Ed.- well 16years past 50 to be precise!!)
I'd love to know what others think.
