That would be Windows as Elements 5 was not Mac supported.
If you know where the original files are then just copy or move them using Windows explorer.
To get the organizer back to how it was on first install you can either select all the thumbnails in organise and select remove from catalog
NOT DELETE or better still delete the Elements catalog (Usually found in Applications Data ,>User Name>Applications Data>Roaming>Adobe>Elements>Catalog) ,then when you restart the Organizer it will tell you it cannot find the catalog and do you wish to open a new one.
