The E-5 may well be the end of the line for Olympus cameras with a mirror and perhaps in the next couple of years we will see that radical departure and once more they will light up the world of digital cameras and everyone else will be playing catch up!

Canon and Nikon are certainly the clear leaders in the DSLR market and that is a large part of why othe rmanufacturers, including Olympus, have started to bring out new mirrorless compact system cameras.
I think there could be something a bit more radical from Olympus in the future, maybe next year. I hope the engineers and deigners take a look at some other camera menu systems for the next model.
