"Tried Ctrl+F5 on my 'portfolio' page and on a page with a photo (while logged on) and even though the page refreshed, it did not bring back the links. Tried the portfolio page while not logged on, just in case, but that didn' work either."
Did some more experimenting. Have tried to get an old cached copy of the relevant pages via Google. No luck.
Then I opened a new account under the user name 'Hollandia' and uploaded one picture. Funnily enough, this photo comes with the 'Actions' (Delete or Edit) fully in tact!
(I will not keep this account and will delete it shortly. )
