I've just popped down to see our friends on
http://www.officialwindowsmagazine.com/ and can't replicate this issue on Windows Vista using Internet Explorer 8.
When you're logged in could you go to your photo page and press Ctrl + F5 buttons on your keyboard? This should refresh the page. I hope this page is just cached (a copy of the page), and doing this should fetch a new copy.
Let me know how you get on. You should see the links in the column on the right-hand side of the photo page.
