Our supscriptions team (a company called DSB) are unfortunately not managed internally, so you may get some funny answers from them if they don't know the information you require!
If you drop an e-mail through to
photoplus@futurenet.com or Verity on our in-house subs team (I think she noted her e-mail address at the top of this thread?) you should have your issue resolved within the next 5 days.
