Rocket blower, then a few passes with a SensorKlear pen, then finish with rocket blower. My camera? An EOS 5D.
Over the past 18 months of using this method (Canon service use them too) I have reduced dust bunnies to almost zero. I now only give the sensor a quick clean, and often only with the blower, once every couple of months whether it needs it or not. Dust is almost a non-problemo these days.
