Yes you do have to put URL in all sites but when you are navigate from one page to your photos then bring up the photo then find the URL and if you are looking to post more then one go all through it all again it is a bit of an IT mess.
Its like giving some one post code but no house number.
You missed the point about the adds if you are doing all that you are not looking at the adds
