It could be a heat problem causing this. Suggest you contact the retailer from which you brought the PC from, as under the Sale of Goods Act it's their job to get it fixed or replaced. If directly brought from Mesh then contact them. If unsure of where you stand then speack to your local CAB or Trading Standards.
