If there is no graphics card to unclip/reseat, then it must be running off the motherboard VGA. It is possible that the CMOS battery has died and needs replacing. This will require all the BIOS setting being set back to what they were beforehand.
Tinkering with the BIOS settings isn't really something for the layman to be doing. Get in touch with Mesh and tell them that its not solved the problem and you want the thing looked at by them or replaced. Dig out your paperwork and have a look at the warranty details etc. Its not down to you to fix it. Its down to them.
