Popped into PC World and they suggest bringing it in for testing.Seem to think it could be a faulty graphics card but would need to look £70 to look then cost of the card which I could possibly get back if only I could contact Mesh. The computer is only 9 months old.
If we open the cabinet they reckon it completely voids the warranty.
Seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place..........

If the PC is still under warranty, then don't open it! Persevere with contacting Mesh and getting it fixed. No point paying out needlessly when you don't have to. If the hardware has packed up inside the warranty period, and is not the result of abuse or accidental damage, its down to them to fix it.
