Thanks guys, son in law is going to check inside the monitor on Wednesday night for me.
Have my monitor cable attached to the VGA on the monitor.Hubby has just checked the cables and all is secure. Am hoping to phone Mesh up in the morning. Hopefully their shop may be of more use than their support line which took a week to reply.
