Well, not framing it, but will be keeping it very safe. Yes, it was an amazing feeling when the mag contacted me and said that they wanted to use one of my pics. I didn't realise at the time that they were going to print it over the two pages, I was thinking that I'd probably get maybe a quarter of a page or so and £20 or £30 but when I received my copy of the mag and saw it, well, my head swelled so much it was a miracle I could get out of the door. lol.
This was the first time that I tried submitting images for anything like that too so I was really chuffed.
I have now ordered a Lee Big Stopper with the promised funds so it didn't take long to spend. lol.
I have now sent them some more images so I suppose that the moral is to keep trying. Like you, I did not think that I was good enough but thought that if I did not try I would not get it published. So keep trying, you never know.
