Perhaps that information should be put in a rollong banner on the Photo Radar homepage? ie telling people that the shortlist will be announced on 8 October. Why is it so difficult to get information from the PR team, no matter what the question? Do your readers/users a favour and put updates on the home page!!
And on the POTY homepage too.
It will save the PR team having to answer these questions ad nauseum and leaving thousands of entrants in the dark.
