Sorry to hear you haven't received your subs gift yet. We do say to allow for up to 60 days, but would normally expect gifts to arrive much sooner than that. Could you email our subscriptions department and let them know what gift you were expecting, along with details such as subscriber number, etc, so they can chase it up for you?
