Personally I would suggest the Samsung. I have an R20 at the moment and alothough it's getting pretty dated and in need of replacing now, it's served me well and has an amazing screen.
As I understand it, Samsung supply other manufacturers with their screens for Laptops and TVs, including the highly regarded Sony's. I was blown away with the quality and it's the reason I will definitely be going Samsung again with my replacement. The specs are similar so of course the decision is yours but with the dual core processor and the quality of the screen, it would be Samsung all the way for me.
