Unfortunately there isn't any EXIF data as Paint Shop Pro has stripped it out so I can't confirm your settings.
If that was shot at ISO 100 then something is really weird. It doesn't look like "normal" noise to me (it seems to be vertically banded. Is this processed at all? What file format did you shoot it in? It looks like it's oversharpened (which increases noise) but it's really hard to say. Like I say, it doesn't look normal.
Oh, and to post the image enlarge it (click the plus icon at the top right of the image) and right click on the enlarged image, select properties, copy the link and use that.
Personally I use the BBS tags that I linked to above as I find it easier and faster (being as you can just type them in as you go).
