I recently saw a tutorial in which a narrow vertical section of a seascape was cut and then expanded using motion blur - creating an interesting soft focus seascape - unfortunately I cant remeber where i saw the tutorial and havent been able to locate it in previous DCM issues
can anyone remind me which issue it was in?
