I think you have picked the wrong link from your flickr page. It is the shorter link, something like this:
http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3187/...5ca155b9_b.jpg - the box is labelled 'grab the url'
And then you need to paste the url into the dialogue box that pops up when you click on the picture icon - the one that looks like a picture of a mountain.
