I do not see the importance for this data beyond personal learning upon an individual camera (as maker's sensors vary so much) - I am also of the view, that as soon as you alter the image the information becomes irrelevant in relation to what you are then viewing.

i.e. Apply a Curve edit, Light temperature edit, or alter Brightness/Contrast and the original Exif data becomes misleading.
