I love the battery grip better for portrate mode extra weight gives me more stability power last for ages and having large hands it gives me better handling

D300 grip

I have just purchased a D300 I also have a D80 will the MD 80 power pack fit the D300? I vaguely remember reading on a forum that it will but you wont get the extra power that you get from the one...
