I don't know if anyone noticed but Pentax ceased production of the K-01 two or three weeks ago. The writing was on the wall with hefty discounts being offered recently - body-only price down to £240...

The first thing that struck me about your images Gratris is that they look quite flat / 2-dimensional and somewhat washed out. The EXIF data tells me that you took them early afternoon on a fairly...

Well, the question is now answered and will probably disappoint a lot of Pentax fans.

The successor to the K-5 is the K-5 II, a very similar camera but with improved autofocus. I doubt that it is...

Old news really but for anyone who missed it K5 firmware version 1.11 was released to address an issue with version 1.10. It's all to do with use of the Pentax GPS unit so no essential need to udate...

I have no idea why your numbering started at around 9000 but if you simply want images numbered at 0001 upwards you could follow the new folder procedure on page 301 of the K5 manual, if you haven't...

If we are talking about the indoor wedding ceremony, rather than the external shots following the ceremony, I personally think it is right to have a complete camera ban for guests. Most compacts and...
