I do have a sigma fisheye and its every bit as good as the canon one I looked at

Easy Peasy

If you have any kind of photo editing software that lets you use layers it is one of the easiest things to do.

Put the Stationary shot on top layer and just use the eraser to rub out the view...

You dont say how much you want to spend on this but almost any DTP package or Lightroom will do what you want in PS just create a page the size of your paper and arange the images where you want them...
