Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CS3\File Formats the fle is there?

I have just recently bought a new computer and I'm running Windows 7. I'm running 64bit.

I cannot view CR2. files in Photoshop or preview them in Bridge CS3.
