How bizarre!!!! My earlier problems with uploading photos are just relevant to my laptop. I have now managed to upload a few photos on my other computer!?!?!?

I cant even get as far as uploading a photo.

I get onto the photoradar website. I can click login, and the site and my computer recognise me as Hx.

Ok, so I have signed in, the site recognises me. it even says 'Welcome".

But can I load a photo.......no.

It asks for my password, and when I press forgotten password, it tells me Im not...
