My other camera works fine downloading the photos...

My other camera works fine downloading the photos from camera to computer, but the Eos 5 is not recongised by either of my computers, so I think both the softwear and lead are fine. It looks to me...

Eos 5 mark 2 a little help needed

I download my photos via the canon softwear provided, with lead connected to the camera and to the computer. ( i find this the quickest option). I now find that for some reason either the camera does...
