Thanks for all the replies and advice, yesterday I went and bought the sigma (along with with some other stuff I just had to have). Looking forward to getting out there with it now !

I picked one up at Jessops a couple of months ago and can't say I have noticed any movement at all. But I have noticed that my Sigma 50 - 500 has started a bit of movement when attached to my D80.

Unhappy Which wide angle to choose ?

To all the clever people out there. I am in the market for a wide angle lens and from what I have seen/read there is a choice of two for me:

Sigma 10 - 20 or the Nikon 10 - 24
