A question fto previous winners. How long did it take for you to receive your prize. I was fortunate enough to win the Autumn challenge and despite contacting Digital Camera have still not received my Lowepro Backpack nearly 2 months latter. :confused:

Sorry to say I'm very disappointed with DC. Over 3 months after winning the Autumn Mission challenge, still no prize received, despite being told it was being sorted and then it had been passed to "The Team" to sort out.

I would guess they do not send every month one at a time, but wait until they have a few months and then do them at once. That said, this does seem slow.

Hi Donoreo, I could except that if they just said so.

Was just looking through this forum to see if there were any other Your Mission winners who didn't get their promised camera bag. I won months ago, the Silhouettes subject, and despite e-mailing the mag and receiving assurances that it would be sent on, nothing has happened.

As feris says, if they wait for a group of winners and then send the prizes out, at least we would know.

Makes one feel the mag isn't worth bothering with!

Hi Beck, glad to know its not just me. I contacted Geoff the editor a few weeks ago and was told my prize had "slipped through the cracks" and he had contacted Lowpro personally and would be including a small additional gift as an apology. Guess what I'm still waiting. If they are going to run a competition and offer a prize the least they can do is honour their commitment. They are fast enough to take your subscription payments pity they can't do the right thing as fast.

Well, I sent another e-mail last week, with mane and address, but not even an acknowledgement.

Think I will cancel my subscription, as they don't seem to value their readership.

Pleased to say the prize has arrived. Thanks to the DC for sorting it out
