Hi Andy long time no see .

The composition works really well here , very nicely done but it looks under exposed which is a common problem with snow shots as the camera try's to get a mid tone exposure at the expense of the shadow areas . Try dialing in a stop or two of positive exposure compensation to counteract it next time ( trial and error I'm afraid ) but for this shot just adjust it with the levels adjustment , the other problem that stands out is the colour cast but a quick tweak on the white balance in PP will sort this shot out .

Apart from that I really like it .

Hi Andy

I like the composition, the contrast between foreground and background interest gives it a nice balanced feel. I agree with Mark on the exposure, have the same trouble with snow, only problem is living in South Africa my practice with snow shots is limited to freak occurences which don't last very long. Great people shot otherwise!
