Mark, I would replace the bridge, with a suitable sky, Ed.

I must say that I agree with Ed about the background being too over powering and a more neutral one would allow the viewer to concentrate on the real subject matter .

The other point I would make is about the lighting , I don't know if you used any extra lighting but with the front of the car in semi shadow I think it could do with some , unfortunately I haven't got a clue on the best way's of lighting a car so I'll leave the technical bits to some one else ( if they agree with me ) .

I agree about the background. Maybe it wouldn't be quite as imposing if it was offset to one side, with the bridge strut not in the middle of the car?????
It does look a little on the dark side too. I like the reflections you have in the car.
I read once, from a pro car photographer, that its always worth lighting the wheels. It was something to do with the wheels being so important to the overall look of the car. May be worth trying.

But overall, I think its a good photo. Its got atmosphere and just a few minor tweaks as mentioned could really help. I like it though, well done.

Thank you everybody :) I will have a look for a how to and see if I can replace the sky. Wish me luck :(
