I think there is a problem uploading photos at the moment. I've been trying but can't this morning. Hopefully it'll be sorted soon.

You can upload photos to Flickr or Photobucket. Photobucket has a better way of copying the URL which you would have to post on this forum to create the link. There, you open your photo, and there are choices of image links down the right side. Simply click on 'Direct link' and then come back here and paste it in the box for the URL.

With Flickr, you have to click on your picture to enlarge it, then go to the top, right of the screen and click on 'View all sizes.' This will bring up several choices of the size you want to copy. After you choose the size, you have to right click on it and copy the image location. Then you can come back here and paste it into the box for the URL.

Flickr is much more simple than that. On the top left side by the picture there is a "Share" button click on that select BBcode copy this and then paste it in to the forum having selected the size you wish. On this forum they show up at 800 on the longest side.
