2 questions.

1. I am having problems trying to upload photos.. I get the message file size to big. What is the quickest way to resize photos for uploading to photoradar and can a set of photos be resized in one go or do they have to be sized individually ?

2. Is it possible to put a link with your photos to other photos you have on Picasa ?
