CS6 time-lapse help needed
 

I have recently discovered the video section of Photoshop and tried to make 3 timelines and I have encountered 2 problems.

1) My time lapses are very jerky once rendered
2)Rendering takes about 4-5 hours per 30s video

Any help and advice would be great!
