pleased...
i've been shortlisted for a (small, local) open photography competition :D it's a little thing, but makes me so happy...my (pretty average) shot was this one:

but the judges must have liked it. open public voting today in matlock bath or via their website [URL]http://www.matlockbathparishcouncil.gov.uk/[/URL] and results tomorrow in a little presentation ceremony (which unfortunately i can't get to anyway).
pretty exciting for little ole me :)
