i didn't get any emails to confirm this, but i was looking through the shortlisted images and i saw mine, so does that mean that i am shortlisted?

To me happened exactly the opposite :( I had received the request to post the high res picture and an email asking me further details so I thought - much to my surprise - to have been shortlisted but ... eventually not ... :(:(:( What a delusion !

As a matter of fact I didn't even receive any email confirming me that my emails have been well received (I have been forced to send and resend the mail several times because the server was rejecting the message) and therefore I'm even worried that maybe they never received my reply and that's why I've been deleted ...

If any moderator could kindly comment I would appreciate it very much.

Anyway, congratulation to all the selected !

wow, i am really excited now, even if i don't win anything i am just happy to of been shortlisted,

same thing happened to me ajarred :-) & congrats to you!
no e-mail & also unable to upload high res :/ so don't know wether there is any chance of getting further
still very happy to be on the shortlist!
