Red squirrel
 
I don't usually attempt photographing wildlife however the repeated appearance by this red squirrel alongside our motorhome on a recent camping holiday in Scotland made me reach for my telephoto and try my best, see what you think. It moved pretty quickly and despite firing off 50+ shots I only got a couple in focus!

i'd love to see one :) and this is pretty good consdidering how fast they can bounce around lol i tried getting the grey ones in my mum's garden the other day (i only have a yard) and had no chance, so well done!

I like how it looks like he's about to jump out of his skin. Maybe a different crop to remove some of the grass.

I like the pose of the squirrel. You've caught it well. But I'd go with Chris and consider a crop, and that may make the squirrel a bit more prominent. Just my thoughts though. I still think its a good photo of a rare animal.
