Af priority selections
 

I have a newish d7k, In the hand book it says if you select focus prority to focus, the camera shutter should not fire when the camera is not in focus, mine does. Have I missed something or is this normal for this camera. or am I doing something wrong.

The custom AF priority settings quickly get confusing. On the D7000 you set the priority in both AF-S and AF-C modes independently, so it is possible that you've adjusted the setting in one but you're trying it out in the other? RL
