I'd like to lose the sticks in the lower middle of the image. I also think there's a lot of detail in the shadows to left & right of the waterfall that's been sacrificed to get a white blurred waterfall. It needs some postprocessing, to get the beauty of the weeds on the rocks.

I like that edited version Andy, the exposure on the water and surrounding areas is good. My only gripe really is the bright highlight between the trees in the background. Yes, the twigs could be cloned out and some dodging and burning if you feel up to it, and maybe a little...
