I think you really need to post the actual image in your thread because all you have here is a web link , it's much easier for people to view the image from within this site and your more likely to get a response .

Oh dear!!

I nearly gave up posting a pic on here. Anyway, here's the photo of a daisy I took years ago.

But I would look on Flickr in my previous post because the quality of this photo doesn't do it any justice.

I hate what I'm about to write because it's so unhelpful but this shot just doesn't work for me .

I think the main reason is that it looks untidy with all the half out of shot flowers round the outside of the frame and the blown high light on the yellow bloom , it might of worked better if you used a narrower DOF to isolate the center flower or a different angle to clean up the shot but that's just my opinion .

As you have had this image for a number of years and posted it here could you tell us what it is that you like about it ?

Centre of the flower and the colour. Not really bothered about the yellow flower on the left hand side.

With all due respect if your ( not bothered ) about the other aspects of your image why keep them in , do you not think that your image of that particular flower would benefit from having a more pleasing background .

No, not really.

Fair enough , at the end of the day as long as you're happy with your own work then it doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks .
