which is the better of the two. i'm new to filters and i can have bit of fun with one of these
which one and why

whats the difference is it the multi for ghosting glar and so on which would be better is it not
or should i be looking at something else

Multi-coated is less likely to cause glare or lens flares. Since it is cheaper right now, bonus for you :)
