Looks like a great location and I really like the low angle but I'm not sure the B&W conversion is as good as it could be , there seems to be a bit too much loss of detail in the shadows and not enough contrast else where .
I wish I could point you in the right direction on how to get the best out of your B&W shots but all I do is fumble around with the channel mixer until it looks right , hopefully one of the other forum members will be able to help you out as there are some stunning B&W shots on this site .

I agree with the above but cant offer any advice as I would need details like was it shot in RAW nd what software do you use.

I also agree, too much shadow, not enough highlight, loss of detail. maybe post the original here and we can offer a little more advice.

Hi thanks for the feed back, yes it was shot in raw and I used lightroom 3
