All I can say is thank god you got bored , I love viewing these images almost as much as I do trying to take them .
Love the shape of the Cobb and love the simplicity of the remains , the second image feel a bit unbalanced to me but all have a great B&W conversion . Mark |
Great work, Dan. Love the black and white and think they're superb compositions :-)

I like this set all very well processed
I would loose the sky on the last as it doesnt add to the shot. |

I'd be very proud if I had a set of images like that in my portfolio, Dan. The Jurrasic Coast of Dorset is a fantastic area crammed full of great photographic locations. Seascapes are one of my personal favourite types of image and I just wished I lived closer to a great stretch of coastline like this. So envious!
I really like your shot of the Cobb and I like your shot of the remains of the small jetty near Chesil Beach. The composition of your other image doesn't quite work for me. I wonder if you'd stood a little further over to your left, so that the concrete edge of the pier started from the bottom left-hand corner of the shot, whether this might have given you a better lead in line? What do you reckon? |
