Rendering of Site on Firefox in Linux
This was mentioned back in the beta, but the rendering of the site is horrible on Linux. I am back to using my Linux desktop and find this rather annoying. I am sure the problem is easily fixed, just get someone from Linux Format (Mike Saunders would probably do) to take a look and it will probably be fixed in minutes.
Please give me an update. Thanks. |
Hi Donoreo,
Yes you are right, PhotoRadar has annoying rendering issues when using FireFox on Linux. It is a problem and it needs sorting out. We can't promise anything immediately due to other developments in the pipeline which will benefit a larger number of our users. However it is on the list and we'll get it sorted when the next opportunity arises. Steve |
Thank you for letting me now it is being looked into.

Try now.

It's broken in Firefox 3.5 for Windows too. I cannot use click on the login button and most of the layout is pushed down the page.

Firefox 3.5 on XP Pro running / rendering fine here.
Try now.
It is working goodly now :) Thanks. Did you have to break down and ask any of the Linux Format guys?
|
Yes we borrowed an Ubuntu box from the Linux Format team to test with, they were very helpful.
